Problem Statement
The existing campaign orchestration application was outdated. The application was installed across 7 data warehouses and used in 18 countries where the company operates. The application limitations included: users being required to upload data manually, having limited orchestration functionalities and inability to access real-time data and gain insight into customer behaviour.
Additionally, the application was not integrated with all customer communication channels, limiting the target audience for campaigns and large capital expenditure due to high maintenance and support costs for the physical infrastructure.
Project Objectives
The campaign orchestration project aimed to address the problem statement by migrating to a cloud-based campaign orchestration application with the ability to react in near real-time to customers’ actions with offers relevant to them.
